Reflection: During the mid-week services I led this year, we looked at hospitality as a faith practice. One of the things we talked about was Judas and how Jesus welcomed him even though he knew what Judas was about to do to him.
Jesus was radical in many ways. One was that he welcomed those who were different from him and who were often seen as “outcasts.” Jesus was an example for all of us.
What are ways that we can practice radical hospitality to others at church, in our communities, and in the world?
