Reflection: In this passage, we are told to obey God rather than human authority. Peter and the apostles got drug off to court because they were doing God’s work. They also shared the gospel message of Jesus being raised from the dead and reminded the court that they were witnesses.
Do we do that? Do we share our faith with others regularly? Do we witness to Christ’s death and resurrection? If you said, “No,” why not?
May we have the faith to do so and may we obey God’s authority.
