“Listen to me.” “If you will only listen.” “My people won’t listen.” “O that my people would listen.”
Four times in the first 13 verses God implores us to listen. Today God still pleads with us to "listen.” We need to listen to God and pay attention to God’s words and warnings.
I awoke this morning and heard a bird singing outside my window even though it was cloudy and drizzly. What a joyous sound!
God speaks to us in so many ways. Take heed. Obey!
