Let us give thanks for Timothy and all who follow the teachings of Jesus and spread His word to others. Let us all be missionaries in our own way.
As a teenager I was approached by an older member of our congregation telling me I should become a missionary to Nicaragua and Honduras. No way, I thought! The idea scared me and I did not pursue her recommendation.
But through sharing music and stories with the children of my church and the public library I hope I have become a kind of a missionary. Always choosing songs and books with a positive message. We can all use and share our own special talents to inspire and help others.
