Reflection: I am struck by the idea of confidence. We are always confident. What makes me confident? I have pretty good health. I have some savings. I have a great marriage. I do things that make a difference. The world, with all its struggles, is still a good place. What would you add?
All that will one day disappear—just go away and be no more. Then what? We are still confident because there is the Lord. He will not be taken away. We walk be faith. Not by the things we see now. Walk faithfully today, my friends. --Jim Bricker, Chaplain to Camp Mount Luther’s Summer Staff
