Reflection: In our text for today, Jesus prays for all who will believe in him through the disciples' message. So, if Jesus prayed for all who believed because of their message, then the prayer continues for those who believe the message of those who believed the message of the disciples who believed the message of Jesus. That means, somewhere way down the line, Jesus prayed for us and for those with whom we share the message of God's love. That all of them may be one, Father, just as you are in me and I am in you. (v. 21)
Perhaps that is how I can write GROW Time devotions. I know Jesus has prayed for me and for those who read them. How can you share the message of God's love? Go ahead and do it knowing Jesus has already prayed for you and for those who will hear the message.
